Therapy for High-Achieving Adults.
Relate Differently. Live Richly.
You’ve built a successful life, but you’re running on empty. If you’re caught in a cycle of anxiety, avoidance, and relentless self-criticism, we can help. Our evidence-based approaches are designed for high-functioning individuals ready to stop white-knuckling through life and build a richer, more meaningful existence.
OUR MISSION
Collaborative, Evidence-Based Care
At Integral Behavioral Health™, our mission is to provide therapy that goes beyond symptom reduction. We believe in fostering deep, lasting change by focusing on the core processes that underlie psychological distress. Our approach is collaborative; we see ourselves as your partner in a journey toward a more flexible, meaningful, and vital life.
We are committed to using therapeutic models grounded in decades of clinical research. By understanding you as a whole person in your unique context, we tailor our work to target the specific mechanisms that will help you get unstuck and move toward what truly matters to you.
OUR FOUNDATION
Targeting the Processes of Change
Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS)
Many high-achievers struggle most when trying to control their internal experiences. Our work, grounded in CBS, shifts the focus from eliminating unwanted thoughts to fostering behavioral flexibility-the capacity to act effectively, even when distress is present.
We use a Process-Based Therapy (PBT) framework, meaning your intervention is highly personalized. We target the specific psychological mechanisms (e.g., experiential avoidance) that are blocking you from living your values.

Our Therapeutic Modalities
We integrate the following evidence-based models to create a plan uniquely tailored to you.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT teaches skills to handle painful thoughts and feelings effectively (the ‘Acceptance’ part) so they have less impact, helping you clarify what’s truly important and meaningful to you (your ‘Values’), and use that knowledge to guide, inspire, and motivate you to change your life for the better (the ‘Committed Action’ part).
Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP)
FAP is a powerful relational approach that uses the therapy relationship itself as a safe and supportive space to practice new interpersonal behaviors. We pay close attention to the real-time dynamics in session to help you build more authentic, courageous, and connected ways of relating to others in your life.
Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
RFT is the modern behavioral science of human language and cognition. It provides a scientific understanding of how we get stuck in our own heads. In therapy, we use RFT principles to gently loosen the grip of unhelpful thinking, foster new perspectives, and enhance your ability to connect with the present moment and your deeper values.
Process-Based CBT (PBT)
As an evolution of traditional CBT, PBT moves beyond protocols for syndromes and focuses on you as an individual. We identify and target the core biopsychosocial processes (like avoidance, cognitive fusion, or rumination) that are causing and maintaining your specific struggles, creating a more precise and personalized path to change.
Specializing in High-Functioning Adults
Our focus is on the driven individual who is internally blocked by avoidance and rigid thinking. We help you transition from surviving to vitally living.
